iPhone Betting Tips Apps – Reviews
#1: The Racing App – If you are not familiar with The Racing App smartphone application, we will tell you a little more about it as we continue. It is a horse racing betting app and it is said to be the horse racing app for the next generation of punters, and we tend to agree. The great thing about it is, it is available to iOS, Android, mobile and tablet devices.
This is an app that gives you so much more than just tips. It provides punters with all the data they need to help improve their chances of winning the bets they place. There are tools like Cypher, a filtering tool that helps you laser target potential winners. The tips tab gives you a list of all the race meetings for that day, and also provides you with the tips picked by their in house tipsters. We recommend that if you’re a punter and have not tried it out, go and check it out.

#2: OddsChecker – Oddschecker is possibly one of the most well know of the iPhone betting tips apps on the market at present. This app is normally the go to app when wanting to find out the best odds for a particular sporting event. However, what some people do not know, is that it also gives you betting tips too.
To find the betting tips for each sports market, all you need to do is select your chosen sport from the A-Z sports list and then scroll down the page until you see the tab labelled tips and tap on it. You’ll then be presented with a list of tips for the sport chosen. The images below instruct you on how to find the betting tips on your iPhone.
#3: OLBG – OLBG stands for on line betting guide and the app includes a range of betting tips that are sent straight to your iPhone or iPad. The app allows you to filter the tips by sport or by location, so if you’re at a race meet you can quickly find the tips for that event.
The home page has a hot tips section with the days best tips available here with a quick guide to the bloggers who’ve tipped them. This app is a combination of tips from the OLBG community meaning there is a wealth of knowledge behind them rather than just one person. The apps recent update makes it really easy to share what you’ve found with your mates on Facebook or Twitter or even brag about your recent winning bets!
OLBG are constantly looking for ways to improve this app to help them keep up with what the punters want, this helps set them apart from the others. The app has regular updates and new features and it just keeps getting better.
#4: Racing Post app – The Racing post app has become a must have app for horse racing fans and you can now bet through the app with William Hill and Ladbrokes from your existing account. The racing post app has much more than just tips with full racing cards, form and full results of the days racing.
The tips are provided by industry experts and there are a number of news and option articles that are worth reading if you have the time. They have stats and tips for every race and if you’ve placed a bet on a race you can now watch the live stream of it (UK & Irish races only via at the races). The racing post app is one of our most used apps that we have.
How to use iOS betting tips apps
Obviously if you bet you’d rather not be losing all your money straight away. With all betting tips apps we recommend following the tips for a week or two to see how you would do without spending any money, then starting with small stakes and building your bank over time. Most of the apps are free and offer free tips, whilst others charge a fee.
Just because they charge a fee it does not mean that they are better than any of the free tips apps. Its worth checking with a few different tips before deciding who you choose to follow.
