Regardless of whether you choose to access the Grosvenor Sports website or any of the apps, the experience is the same. There’s an attractive interface, holding plenty of betting opportunities across the sports events spectrum.

Navigation feels a little clunky in areas at first, but once the user plays around with the different menu options, moving around the app becomes a lot smoother.

An example of this is within the football section where users can only pick one league at a time to view, which isn’t great when trying to build up an accumulator.

However, the clock icon in the bottom menu allows users to search for specific sports events that are upcoming up to the next 24 hours.

In-Play

As with most online bookmakers, Grosvenor sports offers markets not only on future events, but also on matches that have started and are yet to finish.

These events can be accessed from either the Live betting option in the top menu bar or from the live icon in the bottom menu.

The in-play hub opens up to display a list of all the live events, showing the score for each. Tapping on an event opens up the betting markets and event stats.

The layout here is good and there are a lot of markets to choose from. The visual commentary graphic also does a good job of keeping the user what is occurring within the event in real time.

Cash Out

The cash out function is featured as part of the Grosvenor Sports service. As with most bookmakers who offer cash out, it can be removed/suspended at any time and is only available on certain markets.

Live streaming

Users are able to log in to the Grosvenor Sports app to watch any UK/Ireland horse race for free. Some bookmakers require customers to have a funded account or to have placed a bet on the race in question.

Therefore, for Grosvenor to offer this service to all registered customers without stipulations gets a big thumbs up from us.

However, that is the only sport that is covered as far as live streaming goes. Other online bookmakers offer a more comprehensive live stream line-up.

Bet Builder

Grosvenor have kept their app up to date by adding a bet builder function across the popular football matches.

Users can now combine multiple market selections from the same event together and get fed back an overall odds price instantly.

Promotional Offers

There’s usually a bit of extra value that can be achieved over in the Promos section of the app. Available promotions can be filtered to just casino or sports, making it much easier to sift through.

Offers change quite regularly, but from the offers available at time of writing, we are big fans of the free games Scratch & Win and Grosvenor Goals. These games keep us logging in regularly to play them.

Depositing/Withdrawing

We haven’t experienced any issues depositing or withdrawing cash and is a very similar process across all of the trusted and fully licensed online bookmakers.

The Grosvenor Sports app has enough going for it to make us log in daily and place the odd bet at the weekend. It is not our number one betting app, but is certainly well within the upper echelons when looking at the market as a whole.

Odds are rarely market leading, but at the same time they are never far away. On the whole there’s good value in the prices, especially when making up a large multiple. The app comes recommended from us, although there are more feature rich betting apps out there.
