Alternatively, users can choose their desired sport from the horizontal scrolling menu bar, or from the A-Z sports menu.

The Sporting Index app has a dedicated in-play section, making it quick to access the live action. All live sports are clustered together here, with events soon to start appearing underneath.

Cash Out

Sporting Index have the cash out feature available on both fixed odds markets and spread betting markets.

Cash out values are offered on a large range of markets, with the cash out price reflecting what is happening in the event in real time. Users can use this feature to cut losses or to lock in a profit.

The cash out feature is extended further with an auto cash out option, that could lock in an acceptable profit or minimise potential losses if things are going downhill.

Bet Builder

The Bet Builder feature is one of the newer features to be added to the Sporting Index app. Users are now able to bundle multiple markets from the same event in to a bet builder bet.

There are a few markets we would like to see added, such as player cards, but the current selection will satisfy most expectations. The number of markets available is slowly increasing so we expect player cards and others to be added in the near future.

One important thing to consider when placing a bet builder with Sporting Index is that if one selection  in the bet builder is voided, the whole bet is made void. Therefore we would recommend waiting for the teams to be announced before adding markets that involve players such as the player to score market.

Live Streaming

Sporting Index offer live streaming on hundreds of sporting events each month. Users can watch and bet simultaneously on events such as cricket, esports, horse racing, greyhound racing and more.

Most of the streams are free to watch. However there is a restriction on horse racing, whereby a bet has to be placed on the race in question to open up the stream.

Betting On Televised Events

Sporting Index have a TV icon inside their horizontal menu bars for each sport category, as well as within the In-play section. Tapping on this icon lists all the sporting events being broadcast live and in the near future.

This makes it very quick to place bets while watching live, as well as gives users a good idea of what sport is available to watch over the next week.

Offers And Promotions

Sporting Index have a healthy amount of offers available at any one time. However they do tend to be all geared towards the popular sports such as football and horse racing. There’s very little extra value for those who like to bet on sports such as boxing, darts, golf and esports.

Overall Thoughts And Opinions

The Sporting Index app has a decent fixed odds service that has the benefit of having a spread betting service attached to it. If we were purely looking at fixed odds betting and had no interest in spread betting, there are better fixed odds apps available, in our opinion.

However, for someone looking to dabble in spread betting, while also having the option to view and bet on fixed odds markets without having to app-hop, this is very much a viable solution.
