The Midnite app has a strong focus on its Esports offering, but is continually growing its attention on the real sports betting action to widen the appeal.
With exciting new features being added frequently, this app has grabbed our attention and is one we have been keeping our eye on over the last couple of months.

Midnite App Review
Accessing the Midnite betting services from a mobile or tablet varies, depending on device and/or preference. Check out the different options below.
Midnite iPhone app
iPhone and iPad users can download the Midnite app directly from the Apple App Store.
Alternatively, iOS users can choose to visit the Midnite mobile website instead. This does not take up internal storage and is a more discreet option.
Midnite Android app
Unfortunately, there is no Midnite Android app, at present. However, Android users can access Midnite’s betting services from their mobile optimised website. This offers all the same betting options that can be found on the dedicated Midnite iPhone app.
Other Mobile Operating Systems
All other mobile operating system devices also have the option of using a mobile browser to enjoy Midnite’s betting offerings. This can be saved to the homepage, added as a bookmark, or saved as a favourite for easier future access.
Appearance And Navigation
The Midnite app definitely has a gamer feel to it. A dark theme, blended with white text and Midnite’s green branding used for odds makes this app easier on the eye in dark environments than other betting apps.
Information is well spaced out, which has its advantages and disadvantages. Events are easier to digest and less errors are made when making selections, but because of this there’s more scrolling involved when browsing.

In-play betting
Midnite offer a dedicated In-play section, allowing punters to bet while the action is unfolding.
When an in-play event is selected an animated graphic displays representations of what is actually happening in the event. This can be swapped out to show event statistics. Underneath this, all available in-play markets to be bet on are listed.
Acca Assist
This section of the Midnite app is the place to head when looking to bundle multiple events together in to an accumulator.
This feature is available from the top menu bar and when tapped, displays all of the football matches kicking off in the next 12 hours. The sport and time period can be changed using the available menus. Users can choose to view any sport they wish and then choose to view the time periods of 12 hours, 24 hours or 7 days.
Cash Out
Midnite offer cash out amounts across a variety of bets, including singles, multiples, in-play, pre-game and accumulators.
If a bet is eligible for a cash out, the amount offered will be displayed alongside the selection within the “My Bets” section of the app.
Midnite App Football Bet Builder
The football bet builder is one of the features that has us using this app the most. It has one of the largest market selections available.
Users can combine multiple markets together from the same event to create their own unique bundled bet.
Tap on the Bet Builder toggle at the top of a football events page and the markets below will change to those that are available to be bundled together.
There’s hundreds of markets to consider adding. These markets are categorised within the bet builder menu as:
- Goals
- Players
- Half
- Team
- Handicaps
- Corners
- Cards
- First 10 minutes
- Stats
One issue that comes with offering so many markets, is that this bet builder is not the quickest to actually get a bet placed. However, if you have the time there are bets that you can place here that you simply can’t on alternative betting apps.
Horse Racing
Horse racing is one of the newest sports to be added to the Midnite app. As it is still very much in its infancy the horse racing section is quite limited compared with other apps.
All UK and Ireland races are on offer, but there’s only the option to bet on the races featuring that day. Users can’t bet on the following day’s races or upcoming major events such as The Cheltenham Festival or the Grand National.
Markets are quite limited too and the layout needs a little work. Users are restricted to the following markets:
- Race winner (including each way)
- Top 2/3/4 finish
- Betting without
The current layout is such that if a user wants to bet on the betting without market, they would need to scroll through the race-card four times to get to it.
If horse racing is at the heart of your betting style, then we would recommend looking at an alternative. We’re sure this area will continue to improve with time and experience, but for now there are lots of alternatives that offer a better horse racing betting service.
Offers And Promotions On The Midnite App
The Midnite app has a dedicated Rewards section within the bottom menu bar. From here users can see what vouchers, credits and rewards are available to them.
While using and testing the app there were three rewards available to us:
- Bet Club – Join Bet Club and unlock a weekly £5 Free Bet. Place five or more £5 singles, (min odds 1/1 or 2.0).
- Acca Club – Join Acca Club and unlock a weekly £10 Free Bet. Place two £10 accas (4+ legs, min odds 4/1 or 5.0) to qualify.
- Bet Builder Club – Join Bet Builder Club and unlock a weekly £5 Free Bet. Place one £10 Bet Builder (min odds 3/1 or 4.0).
There’s a lack of price boosts and enhancements here, but from the offers we have seen there’s quite a bit of value on offer to those who bet on the Midnite app regularly.

Midnite have onboarded 20 different digital game providers to compile a casino section packed with choice.
The Midnite casino app has 8 different categories for users to browse through:

There’s lots here to explore. For example, there are 40 Instant Wins titles and 39 different roulette games to try out. Each game can be tried for free to give users chance to understand the concept and rules before committing funds to it. This is the case for all digital games available.

Got a question or issue? There’s plenty of ways to get support. An integrated help section takes care of most frequently asked questions and there’s multiple ways to contact the support team.
There’s the option to get live help on the live chat system, leaving a message with the support team (typically respond back within a couple of hours) or by emailing them directly.
Deposits And Withdrawals
From experience, depositing and withdrawing funds is reliable and within industry timeframes.
Deposits are instantaneous and withdrawals can take anywhere from 2 hours to 24 hours, depending on payment method.
During our testing, we found that it was only possible to deposit and withdraw by way of debit card on the Midnite app.
Other options are available, but to access these, the Midnite service has to be visited from the mobile optimised website. From here users can deposit from and deposit to:

This still isn’t the greatest of choice, given other apps allow various other digital wallets, not to mention cryptocurrencies. Nevertheless, the most common payment methods are covered and the process is secure.
Midnite app - Overall Thoughts And Opinions
The Midnite App has potential. It holds large appeal to those interested in betting on Esports and provides loads of choice to those looking to place bet builders on the football. Odds are fairly average when comparing to others and there’s plenty to go at on the casino side of things.
There are features missing (such as live streaming) and features that certainly can be improved on. For example, the horse racing section and variety of payment options, but in time we do expect these area to improve.
More and more features are being added as the brand becomes more established. This app doesn’t quite make it on to our best betting apps lost just yet, but is one we will continue to keep our eye on!

Tap on the Account icon in the bottom menu bar. Now tap on settings from within the profile section. Then tap on App settings from the available options. The odds format option should now be visible.

The Midnite app also has a separate license to operate in Ireland. This is ran by Midnite Europe Limited, which can be found in the list of licensed remote bookmaking operations.
The Midnite brand has an obligation under its licensing conditions to know their customers. This means that they need to be able to verify each customer’s personal details, such as identity and address.
If Midnite are unable to do this through various automated security checks, they will ask the customer to provide documents to prove these details. This usually requires the customer to send over certain documents. For example a utility bill dated within the last three months, a passport or a drivers license.
If these documents are not provided and accepted, the account in question could be put under restrictions.
