Appearance, Design And Navigation

Upon launching the FafaBet app, users are greeted with an aesthetically pleasing interface. The design is modern and sleek, undoubtedly appealing to the eye.

However, FafaBet falls short in terms of user-friendliness. Despite its attractiveness, the interface can be cumbersome to navigate. Additionally, the font size leans towards the smaller end of the spectrum, potentially posing a challenge for those with visual impairments.

Below is a screenshot we took while writing this review of the Fafabet app. 

Fafabet App Features

Fast Login

Those using the Fafabet iPhone app or Fafabet Android app benefit from biometric login from compatible devices. This makes logging in just as quick as unlocking your phone while still keeping your account safe and secure.

In Play Betting

You can get to all of the live action at any time on the Fafabet app thanks to a dedicated in-play icon in the bottom menu bar. Each sport that has live betting options at that time will appear at the top and can be filtered down.

You can choose between three primary tabs within the In-Play section. These are:

1. Live Now
2. Upcoming
3. Today’s Featured

Cash Out

We feel let down and disappointed when we come across a betting app that has yet to incorporate the cash-out feature into its offering. That isn’t the case here.

Cashouts are offered on the majority of sports betting markets. To view cash-out offers on your live bets, head to the My Bets section. There’s a cash-out tab here that will list all of your open bets that have a cash-out value attached to them.

Partial cash-outs are also available. Choose what percentage of the bet to take out and leave the rest to ride on the outcome.  

Football Bet Builder

The football bet builder is one of the most popular features. It allows you to compile multiple markets from the same football match to make a one-match accumulator. 

The bet builder tool is easy to use, and the markets are well-categorised. However, some rival betting apps offer more markets. For example, although the player shots on the target market are available within the bet builder, the player cards market isn’t.  

That said, the fact that there are limited markets makes the bet builder tool much more accessible to scroll through and use. 

Horse Racing Live Streams

Horse racing fans benefit from having all UK and Irish horse races on live streams inside the Fafabet app. 

Some of the races can be watched for free. However, the top races and meetings that day usually require a minimum £1 bet to open the live stream. 

To access a live stream, head to the race card just before the race begins. The live stream option will show towards the top left, and coverage will show around three minutes before the race starts. 

Virtual Sports

There’s a dedicated Virtual sports betting section on the Fafabet app. Computer-generated sports events run round the clock. Options here include:

• Greyhound racing

I find myself heading here occasionally when the live sports and upcoming events are sparse. The virtual events are quick, as are the turnarounds from one event finishing to the next one starting. 

Offers And Promotions

Fafabet usually has a stack of offers and bonuses that can be taken advantage of. You can view all current offers from the promos icon within the main menu.

While testing the app, we had the option to browse:

• Welcome offers
• Football offers
• Horse racing bonuses
• Tennis offers
• Daily offers
• Casino offers

Some of the offers are short-term, such as event-specific promotions. Others are more long-term, such as the Best Odds Guaranteed bonus on UK and Irish horse racing.

Statistics

With onboard statistics, you can feel confident that you have made an informed choice with your bet without browsing multiple apps and sources.

Opening up a horse racing card presents a full-form guide on each horse, along with details on jockey, trainer, owner, sire and dam.

Football punters can view details on recent form based on the team’s five most recent matches. Possible lineups are listed, and a league-order ranking is based on home and away season performances. Tennis fans can view past results, head-to-head details and tournament standings.

The amount of information here is impressive, and we have scored the Fafabet app highly in this area.

Integrated Casino

An in-built casino hub can be accessed from the bottom menu bar of the Fafabet app. There’s so much choice here that it holds its own against specialist casino apps.

Depositing and Withdrawing

Depositing funds into your Fafabet account is easy. The deposit option is in the account settings.

When opening for the first time, you will need to enter your address and payment information. As standard, only Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) are offered as payment methods. 

Once used, the card will be encrypted and stored for faster future depositing. Users can request that an eWallet method be added to the account. This can be done by contacting the customer support team, who will look at the request on a case-by-case basis. 

In terms of Withdrawing funds back to your bank account, Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, with funds showing back into the bank account between 3-5 business days.

Customer Support

Fafabet has three main ways they support their customers:

1. A separate help website
2. Live help chats
3. Email conversations to the customer support team

The help website offers answers to frequently asked questions, whereas the Live help tool on the app has a bot in place to answer questions quickly or puts you through a customer service agent for trickier queries. Emailing the customer support team ensures you are speaking to a human but has the longest response time. 

Thoughts And Opinions

In conclusion, FafaBet is a visually appealing sports betting app with several enticing features, including the best odds guaranteed on horse racing and in-play betting options.

However, its interface may be challenging for some users, and the limited betting markets compared to competitors may deter those seeking a more comprehensive selection.

That said, the app scored highly in terms of sports statistics, casino variety, and number of offers available.

Improvements are needed, but Fafabet should be pleased with its overall offering.

The brand is fully licensed to operate in the UK and is a secure and safe enough platform for us to say it’s worth giving this app a download and a test for yourself.
