bet365 App Alternatives: Find Apps Like bet365

18+ | commercial content | begambleaware.org

bet365 is one of our top recommended betting apps. However, when it comes to mobile gambling, we find it better to not put all of our eggs in to one basket. We use and trust many apps to place our bets. Therefore, we decided to share with you some bet365 app alternatives that we consider worth trying.

Alternative apps to Bet365

bet365 vs William Hill App

William Hill app

The William Hill app has a lot going for it too. One of the main reasons why we like this app is because of the ease of navigation. Daily lists and personalisable quick links on the home page makes it quick and easy to get to where you want to be.

One similarity between the bet365 and William Hill app, is that they both have intuitive search features. The search tools are largely underestimated and not utilised anywhere near enough. Using this feature can save a lot of time needlessly scanning through events and markets. Not all search tools are accurate in finding results. However, having used both search tools mentioned for some time now, we can vouch for their effectiveness.

bet365 app alternative - William Hill

William Hill differs from bet365 by offering free-to-play games to their customers. Games such as The Daily Drop, or Scratch Of The Day. These types of games are gimmicky and prizes that are won tend to be low in value. However, we always like a betting app with a free daily spins game.

bet365 vs BetVictor App

BetVictor app icon

The BetVictor app is an app that we often use to place our horse racing bets. It has a fantastic horse finder tool integrated into it that helps to narrow down horses based on certain stat filters. For example, a horse that has won at today’s course and at today’s distance. This is why Bet Vitcor is ranked as our top horse racing betting app

It is an excellent app for football betting too. It has a good range of markets and it’s simple to place accumulators. It’s football bet builder is one of the most intuitive to use and is similar to bet365’s in may ways with ease of use.

BetVictor horse finder

The BetVictor app isn’t our favourite when it comes to navigation, but there’s enough going for it that makes it worthwhile adding to the collection, in our opinion.

bet365 vs Betfred App

Betfred app

The Betfred app has gone through a recent facelift and looks fantastic off the back of it. You can read all about the latest changes in our Bet Fred app review, covering the latest updates and offers.

Similar to the bet365 app, there is a wide range of offers that give them an edge over the competition on certain types of bets.

One such feature is their football acca insurance offer. Place a five-fold or greater (£10 max) on certain football matches and customers will receive their stake returned as cashback into their betting accounts, if it loses by just one leg.

At time of writing, this offer was available on the following markets:

  • Match result
  • Both teams to score
  • Match result and both teams to score
  • Half time/full time
  • Total goals over/under
  • Match result and total goals over/under
  • Correct score

betfred accumulator insurance

Does not apply to Cashed Out or in-play bets. Full T&Cs Apply. This offer was available at time of writing and can be withdrawn at any time.

bet365 vs Betway Sports App

Betway Sports app

Betway is another big global name in the betting industry. They are one of the biggest operators in the African marketplace and have a comprehensive online betting app available to UK residents. Multiple betting accounts mean multiple promotions to take advantage of and Betway does not disappoint in this department.

One of the key things we enjoy about the Betway app is the free-to-play betting competition where they have 2 that are on regularly, sometimes daily.

4 to win

Betway is one of few apps that have a free horse racing betting competition that is called 4 to Win. This operates daily at times and to enter you have to pick 4 horses from the 4 selected races. The races are usually more open races with wider fields as you would expect.

As with bet365, the Betway offers out price boosts on a daily basis. These boosts are different to those offered on the bet365 app, bringing about a greater choice to those who have accounts with both.

bet365 vs Paddy Power App

Paddy Power app

Paddy Power are a light-hearted bunch, who like to bring about a bit of tongue-in-cheek commentary to their social media accounts. However, they are very serious when it comes to their app and offerings.

One area which they excel over their competitors is with their live streaming service. With bet365 and most other online bookmakers, the live streaming service comes with certain terms and conditions. These can require the customer to

  • Have a funded account.
  • Have placed a bet in the last 24 hours.
  • Have placed a bet on the event in question.

As you will find on our Paddy Power review, there are no such conditions. All that is required is for the customer to be logged in. Live streams can be viewed for free across sports such as horse racing, football, tennis and golf.

Where they are similar to the bet365 app in terms of responsible gambling. The Paddy Power responsible gaming tools on the app have the same features and functionality as bet365. Tools include self-excluding, cooling-off periods and deposit limits.

bet365 vs Ladbrokes App

Ladbrokes app

The Ladbrokes app is a good all-rounder. There’s nothing here really that outshines the bet365 app, but there isn’t too much to complain about either.

Ladbrokes do differ from bet365 with the Ladbrokes request a bet service. This is where you can tweet them to get a price on any bet you think of – as long as it is one they will price up. The service is quick and is a good add-on to a bet builder.

Free games such as Instant wins and Ladbrokes 1-2-Free make logging in frequently worthwhile and there’s the odd £1 free bet that hits the account inbox every now and then too.

bet365 vs Coral App

Coral app

The Coral app is very similar to the Ladbrokes app in layout. The apps became quite similar when Ladbrokes and coral both merged.

The Coral app has its unique free games and football betting competitions to get involved in and again regularly offers boosts and enhancements that can’t be found anywhere else.

Odds generally aren’t as great as they are on the bet365 app with Coral. However, they are never too far away either. Coral also offers football bet bundles to customers. These allow you to pre-buy credits for your football bets and benefit from extra credits the more you buy.

bet365 vs 888Sport

888sport app

888 are a bold, bright and colourful brand. Therefore it’s no surprise that they have an attractive app for their customers to bet on.

Users of the 888Sport app can flip between dark and light modes, depending on preference. This is a feature that is not offered anywhere else.

888’s “up for 8” game is worth getting involved in throughout the Premier League season and the acca club rewards punters with a £5 free bet if they place and settle £20 worth of bets within it.

Up for 8 promotion

There’s also a free £5 bet available each day to those who can find a winner at odds of 4/1 or greater from a bet with a minimum stake of £10.

bet365 vs Virgin Bet

Virgin Bet app

The Virgin Bet app is another betting app that seems to fly under most people’s radar. This app has grown on us over the last twelve months or so.

They have shown lots of innovation in an industry that is already packed with it. Examples would be Virginbet’s free to play games Fives and Search for the Phoenix.

The Fives game is the main reason why we log in on a regular basis, but we have sometimes also been rewarded with free bets and free spins.

From being sceptical at first, Virginbet has now become an app that has deservedly placed its rights as a permanent fixture on our mobile devices.

bet365 vs Skybet

Skybet app

The Sky Brand is well known throughout the UK. What isn’t so well known is that the Skybet brand has been bought by the Flutter Group. That brand may not be familiar to the novice or occasional punter.

However, that group also owns brands such as Betfair, Paddy Power and Pokerstars. That’s a whole load of experience right there!

Iconic games such as Super 6 on top of double-up boosts and the Sky Vegas Prize wheel makes a Sky Bet account quite appealing.

A good service, but poor odds in general. Therefore, we tend to shy away from the Skybet app when we are looking to make up some accumulators.

bet365 vs betfair

Betfair app

The Betfair service has one significant difference to bet365’s. That is the fact that they offer an exchange service as well as a traditional sports betting app.

The exchange allows customers to offer out their own bets, as well as back other people’s. Very few bookmakers offer this service. As betfair purely act as hosts, there is a commission applied to winning bets.

laying bets on the Betfair Exchange

The Betfair sports betting app holds plenty of competence too. It has a user friendly layout, competitive odds, a comprehensive bet builder and a flexible cash out system.

One disadvantage of the Betfair app, is that they restrict some of their offers to frequent players only. If a player is not depositing regularly, they may well see themselves opted out of certain promotions.

Get In Touch

So there you have it. The apps mentioned above would be our recommendations to anyone looking for an alternative to the bet365 app, or for someone looking to use apps alongside their bet365 account.

Do you disagree with any of our recommendations? Are there any betting apps you feel are worthy of a mention? We’d appreciate any type of feedback, which you can give by messaging @bettingapps on Twitter.

FAQs

Yes, although when using more than one, you have to be a little smarter when it comes to budgeting, as funds then have to be split between each account. This also complicates the process of tracking profit/losses.

However, for those looking to get the most value out of their betting, multiple accounts can help achieve that. It isn’t necessary to deposit in to all of the accounts and users can still take advantage of the free games offered out, most of the time.
